Using your stay page

How to use the guide your host gave you, and how booking works if you’re reserving dates directly.

Opening your guide

Your host gives you a link, or a QR code to scan on arrival. It opens a single page with everything for your stay - no app to download, no account to make.

The chips along the top (WiFi, Check-in, Rules, Local...) jump you to each part. The Need help? button lists ways to reach your host and local emergency numbers.

Getting connected and getting in

  • WiFi - tap the copy icon to copy the network name or password, or tap Show QR to join and scan it to connect without typing.
  • Check-in - your arrival time, the door code (tap Copy door code), how to get in, and parking. If the entrance is tricky there’s a How to get there set of photos - tap any to enlarge.
  • Stuck getting in? The check-in card has a See the FAQs link.

During your stay

  • House rules, Amenities, and FAQs answer the common questions.
  • Local Tips - nearby restaurants, coffee, shops, and sights. Tap a category pill to filter, and use Open in Google Maps or How to get there on any place.
  • Checkout has your departure time, how to reach your host, and a Before you go checklist you can tick off.
  • Leave feedback sends a quick note and rating to your host.

Booking dates (direct booking)

If your host takes direct bookings you’ll see a Book button. Sending a request holds your dates right away - you then confirm by paying a deposit to your host directly:

  1. Pick your dates. Unavailable nights are greyed out. Choose check-in and check-out (there may be a minimum number of nights) and set the number of guests.
  2. Review the price. You’ll see the nightly total, cleaning fee, and your stay total. If your host takes a deposit, it’s shown as the amount to confirm your dates, with the balance due on arrival. No payment is taken online.
  3. Your details. Name, email, and mobile, plus anything they should know. Your reference and updates come by email.
  4. Send the request. Tick the terms box and send. Your dates are held for you from that moment, for a window your host sets (and never past your check-in day). You get a reference code like YS-XXXXXX, also emailed to you.

After you request

  • Pay the deposit to your host directly- bank transfer, GCash, or cash - quoting your reference. If your host takes no deposit, they’ll confirm your dates and arrange payment with you. Nothing is charged online.
  • Your host confirms once the deposit lands. Your dates are then locked in and your house guide link arrives by email. The balance, if any, is due on arrival.
  • If the deposit isn’t paid before the hold window ends, your dates are released and open up again - just send a new request.
  • Open your booking link any time to check the status of your stay. Updates and reminders arrive by email.
